About the NYUAD Conference Center
Our conference will be hosted at the state-of-the-art Conference Center (A6) at NYU Abu Dhabi—a venue built for academic gatherings and global events. Centrally located on campus, the Conference Center offers multiple spaces designed to accommodate keynote lectures, panel discussions and networking events with both in-person and hybrid flexibility.

Spaces
The Auditorium (008) seats up to 300 guests and is equipped with advanced AV systems, ideal for keynote speeches and large-scale discussions.
The adjacent Lecture Hall (007) accommodates 180 attendees and features natural lighting, making it suitable for more focused academic presentations or parallel sessions.
Atriums
For catered receptions, and poster sessions, the Upper and Lower Atriums provide open, accessible environments that support both networking and exhibition layouts.
All spaces are supported by NYUAD’s in-house Audio Visual team, security services, and on-campus catering, ensuring seamless logistics and professional execution.

The Conference Center is fully accessible for People of Determination, and our campus is committed to sustainable practices that extend to every element of the conference. From digital-only agendas and plastic-free policies, to sustainable catering aligned with the Cool Food Pledge, NYUAD offers a forward-thinking, environmentally responsible conference experience.
Hybrid Capabilities
Our team is experienced in delivering hybrid conference formats using NYU’s enterprise Zoom license, with full technical support from the NYUAD AV services team. This ensures remote participants can join panels, workshops, and discussions with ease and high quality.
